Rhapsody
We are pleased to
retain First Rhapsody for the 2006 turf season, with a share period which
starts on April 1st 2006. Our flying filly had a super season in 2005,
winning for shareholders at Newcastle over six furlongs - she is perfect for
the racing enthusiast who is looking for a horse who is genuine and tough.
'Rosie' as she is known in the yard, won over 6,300 for shareholders last
season, with many of our shareholders paying for their share. Trainer Tim
Etherington believes there is far more to come from this filly as a
four-year-old and she will be competing in handicaps up and down the
country. A really fun filly!

This gelding arrived at
Tim Etheringtons yard in Malton in October. He has made good progress since
joining the yard, having already grown and displaying plenty of height
behind the saddle. He was a May colt, but he has already strengthened and
grown beyond expectation and Tim Etherington believes he will develop into a
fine prospect for the 2006 turf season. He has a good temperament and is a
compact and powerful individual. His share period starts on January 1st and
runs through until November 1st 2006.

Palace
Grand Palace is a
hugely exciting prospect for the 2006 flat season and we are looking forward
to this chap hitting the racecourse. He is a strong and robust unraced
three-year-old whose share period will begin on 1st April 2006 and he will
run throughout the flat season in the Midlands and the South. Trainer Derek
Shaw has this ex-Michael Stoute gelding (230,000 as a yearling!) in full
training and he will be starting his racing career in mile maidens and then
will hopefully progress from there. As a two-year-old, he held an entry in
the Derby, and hes already shown us he has ability on the gallops at home.
Grand Palace is truly an exciting prospect for the summer he could be
anything and will be ready to race from May onwards.

We are pleased to
retaining Laphonic for the 2006 turf season with a share period starting 1st
April 2006. This gelding was an incredibly promising and robust
two-year-old, and having found the key to him late in the season, he will be
an exciting prospect for 2006. Trainer Tim Etherington believes this
athletic son of top class sire Labeeb should provide plenty of fun for
shareholders, definitely over seven furlongs and a mile. He also came second
on his last outing in 2005, over seven furlongs at Catterick, giving
shareholders plenty to look forward to this turf season!

Alert
Mind Alert has been a
grand servant to Ownaracehorse shareholders over the last two years, winning
twice during the All-Weather season. He is a good looking five-year-old
gelding trained by Derek Shaw in Newark. Racing at six and seven furlongs,
he will be running as soon as the share period starts on April 1st. With
five career wins and over 18,000 in prizemoney so far, Mind Alert had a
great winter and will be contesting handicaps and stakes races throughout
the turf season. He particularly gets on with the Southwell, but has also
won on grass. Derek will be racing him at tracks such as Leicester,
Yarmouth, Southwell and Nottingham and his share period will last right
through to November 2006. A solid horse and good value for shareholders.

- Namir
We are very pleased to
be able to offer shares in the Southern-based Namir for a very special share
period running until November 2005. Namir is rated 65 and we have high
expectations of this four-year-old. This share period will start on March
1st 2006 and he will be running in five furlong handicaps, especially in the
South. He is trained by Steph Liddiard just outside Lambourn and we are
hoping to see this improving son on Namid rise up the handicap so that we
can have a crack at some decent handicaps later in the year. With a 20% hit
rate on turf, he has been running on the All-Weather, so is race fit, and we
expect to see him make the most of his handicap mark on the grass. We have
25% available in this ex-David Barron gelding and he will run at courses
like Lingfield, Kempton, Sandown, Windsor and Chester. A potentially classy
horse who will benefit from Steph Liddiards handling skills.

Seclusion
Optical Seclusion will
be running regularly as a three-year-old gelding for the 2006 turf season.
He has some fine breeding and early indications are that he is decent. Tim
Etherington describes him as a galloping type and he has so far run four
times as a two-year-old. He has been a little unlucky in the 2005 campaign,
but is now on a handicap mark where he should be able to progress. He will
mature over the winter and because he takes his racing well, is an excellent
prospect for his three-year-old career. This share will start on April 1st
2006.

At Once
Panama At Once is a an
unraced five-year-old whose share period has already started for this
season, and run throughout the winter jumps season. We have taken our time
with him, and this has paid off, as he is now mature and has displayed very
decent jumping ability. Now in training with Joss Saville, he will start in
bumpers, but progress to hurdling and perhaps have a crack at chasing.
Panama At Once is a striking individual and an exciting jumping prospect for
the winter. He will be ready to race from January onwards. His share period
has now been extended to August 1st!

Three Knots
This mare has been
improving recently in pre-training and we believe she will have plenty of
ability. Her share period is already live and goes right through the jumps
season until and into the summer season! - until August 1st 2006! She is
trained by Joss Saville and will start her career in January in Bumpers,
however, we expect her to progress quickly to hurdling, and potentially
novice chasing by the end of the season. She is a compact and handy sort who
we expect to come to hand quickly, and will be the choice for those looking
for a solid hurdling prospect.

Tempest
This grey four-year-old
filly has had five races and displayed the right temperament and ability in
those runs to suggest she will make an impact over hurdles. She first
displayed her potential when finishing fifth in a bumper at Worcester,
followed by a win at Hexham and fourth at Bangor before running a couple of
promising races over hurdles. She has shown she is a natural jumper and has
been jumped well on the course. We particularly like the fact that this
filly is intelligent and a fast learner. We are resting her until early
spring, when we expect she will contest 2-3 further hurdles races before her
share period finishes. This share period finishes on July 1st 2006 and is
NOW REDUCED BY 30%!

Tyzack is a big,
progressive horse. He won his return to the turf the last time he ran in
September. He will be in action towards the end of the 2005-2006 All-Weather
season - we expect him to be running in February on the All-Weather and then
on the turf throughout next year. He is based just outside Lambourn with
Steph Liddiard and will be seen at the London area turf courses, as well as
the All-Weather circuits at around seven furlongs. He has a special share
period - which will go live on January 1st 2006 and run until November 1st
2006 - and we expect he will provide shareholders with regular runs and
plenty of fun throughout the year.

Filly
This yearling arrived
at Tim Etheringtons yard in Malton from Ireland in October. She is a good
looking filly by Titus Livius and out of a winning dam. She is now a
two-year-old and whilst it is early days, we expect to see plenty of her
next season, as both her dam, and second dam were winners at two. She is a
good sized filly, and has grown well since arriving at Tim Etherington's.
She has plenty of scope, and we will be covering every aspect of this fillys
progress over through the Spring and throughout next season. The share
period starts on January 1st 2006 and runs through until November 1st 2006.
A really fun to own filly, with plenty about her and she will provide great
anticipation for the 2006 flat season.
